Privacy information

This notice describes the Osmo Learn public website. It does not describe data handling inside the Osmo application.

When you send an enquiry

The contact form collects your name, email address and message so the Osmo team can respond. It does not send form answers to analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse. Submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 and a notification is sent through Resend to the Osmo team mailbox at IOBT.

Analytics choices

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate site activity and page performance without using browser storage. The current setup excludes visitors in the EU. Google Analytics and PostHog load only if you choose to allow optional analytics. Those tools receive page paths and selected site interactions, not names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry messages. You can change your choice at any time using the button below. Vercel processes website requests and technical diagnostics to operate the site.

How long enquiry records remain

Enquiries are kept so the team can respond and manage follow-up. Records marked unqualified are scheduled for deletion from the lead database after 180 days. A notification copy is also sent to the team mailbox and follows that mailbox’s retention settings.

Before sharing employee information

This website is for product information and evaluation enquiries. Do not include sensitive personal information or employee records in a public website enquiry. Agree the applicable privacy, security and service terms before placing employee data in the Osmo application.
