Review Osmo’s product pages to understand the intended learning-to-verification model, then validate the workflows in an agreed evaluation environment. The site’s examples explain the model and are not evidence of a live deployment.
Ask for a demonstration of your required learner, manager and administrator tasks, including exceptions. Confirm feature availability, limits and any prerequisites in writing.
Security and privacy
Request the applicable security documentation, data-processing terms and privacy information. Review hosting locations, subprocessors, retention, deletion, access controls and incident responsibilities against your organisation’s requirements.
This page does not assert a certification, hosting region, audit result or contractual guarantee. Those details need verified documentation. The local evaluation brief does not send your answers to Osmo.
Identity, integrations and data portability
List the identity and HR systems you use. Confirm the exact supported providers, provisioning behaviour, permissions and ownership of connection failures. An integration logo is not a substitute for testing the required workflow.
Agree the data fields and formats needed for import and export, including historical evidence. Test a representative sample before committing to a migration.
AI and human responsibility
Confirm which AI workflows are enabled and review provider terms, data use and source handling. Test review and publication controls with representative material.
Generated content needs accountable human review. Agree who approves requirements, publication and competency decisions; do not infer that an automated score is sufficient evidence of workplace performance.
Accessibility, implementation and support
Include representative users and assistive technology in the product evaluation. Request applicable accessibility information and agree how identified barriers will be handled.
Confirm migration scope, onboarding support, service hours, escalation routes and any service-level commitments. Website accessibility checks do not establish accessibility across the entire product.
Pricing and contractual terms
Compare the people and locations in scope, included usage, implementation charges, billing period, renewal and termination terms. Request a written proposal and the applicable service agreement.
