Answer more than who finished
Completion tells you an activity was finished. A useful training record also explains what was assessed, what was observed and which decision followed. Keep these measures distinct when reviewing progress.
Follow the record through the workflow
Osmo connects learning delivery, practice, workplace verification and readiness. Use the evaluation to trace a requirement from assignment through learner activity to the manager’s evidence and resulting status.
Give overdue work an owner
Separate overdue learning from overdue manager review. Agree who follows up each queue, what happens when an observation is unsuccessful and when a requirement needs reconsideration.
Prepare a report people can check
Choose a cohort, reporting period and baseline. Report completion and verification separately, with a route back to the underlying records. Confirm the export fields and reporting workflows needed by your organisation.
Start with a reporting question
Bring one question such as: which new starters are waiting for sign-off, and why? Test whether learners, managers and administrators can reach a consistent answer before migrating historical records.
