Know what needs review
A changed policy, process or product can leave a lesson out of date. Name the content owner and the source each lesson depends on so the team knows where to start when something changes.
Review the affected path, course, lesson and check together. A revised lesson can be misleading if its assessment still expects the old answer.
Update and republish deliberately
Edit the material, check it with the relevant subject expert and publish the approved version. Decide whether existing learners need to revisit the change and how managers should handle earlier evidence.
